Refunds + Exchanges

Due to the nature and customization of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our end, (incorrect spelling, wrong thread color, etc) please contact us and we will make it right! 

All custom and personalized items are FINAL SALE! 

If an item has not been personalized, an exchange or store credit can be made within 10 days of purchase if they are unused and in the original packaging  

Please be sure to read the entire product description or turnaround time when placing your orders! Orders will not be refunded or exchanged for failure to do so!
