What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround is always listed at the top of our website, or in our social media bio. We always do our best to stick to that time frame, but will notify you of any delays there may be.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! We accept rush orders on an individual basis. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you have a local pickup option?
Yes! When checking out your order, please select the "pick up" option in the delivery method. When your item is ready for pickup, you will be notified with further instructions.
I don't see a design listed that I am looking for. Can you help?
Yes! We strive on customization and do our best to make this a one stop shop for all of our customers. If you do not see what you are looking for, please be sure to contact us or check out our "Customize Your Own" section so that we can collaborate and further assist you.
Do you accept outside items to embroider?
Yes! Outside items are accepted at this time. Local drop off or shipped items are welcome. Contact us for further inquiry.
